Welcome

 Clients are assigned a Personal Mailbox (PMB)  for the delivery of U.S. Postal Service and other carriers of mail and packages at the Courthouse Square Office Complex (3545 Ellicott Mills Drive). Clients are notified via email when mail or package(s) have been delivered. Clients are able to retrieve mail during established business hours, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday.  

  As sworn public officials, notaries public serve an important role in the prevention of fraud and protection of the parties involved by acting as an official, unbiased witness for certain documents.   

**I am not an attorney licensed to practice law in this state. I am not allowed to draft legal records, give advice on legal matters, including immigration, or charge a fee for those activities.**

We are able to help clients throughout the US with their basic clerical needs.
